Georgia State Roleplay is an all around good server in most aspects, the community is pretty well rounded with a large about of both First Responder oriented players and Civilians/Criminals something thats not really seen much anymore as most server focus on one or another. My only main gripe about the server is the lack of consistent moderation, sometimes you'll have quick response times and a realistic server or up to 10 minutes of waiting and a pretty chaotic experience. Overall, I'd recommend someone to try it out.
