I happen to need you… I am looking for staff, some staffing help, and people to lead some department." This wasn’t a mass spam, server invite, or promotional link; it was a single, context-based outreach relevant to what the user’s own description advertised. Instead of receiving clarification or a warning, I was banned outright. This kind of moderation discourages genuine networking and makes the community feel unwelcoming to new members.
