So, I joined the server an was in the process of joining the discord and had joined it. Then a mod TPs me over to ask me to join the discord and was rude about it. And he was slow and inefficient. Then i asked that same mod where the game rules were and it took in over 1 minute to tell my server guide. Then it took him 30 seconds to type "ok" after that.
