The whitelisted portion of the server (departments, long time members (mostly), etc) are really high quality and great at what they do. Unfortunately, there are a lot of issues as it comes to the unwhitelisted members of the community (with things like following rules and proper RP and whatnot) and the server owner (who tends to dig in his heels and be uncommunicative/unwilling to change his perspectives, mostly with his management staff and department leaders). The server owner issue specifically pushed me to leave after being a long standing member.
