It's ok, I got banned for killing someone in a safezone from no prior warnings, and I wasn't even told why I was getting banned. I got unbanned after 2 days of tickets, still a big pain, but at least it was sorted, and I didn't have to do the 4-week ban appeal.

i got a ban bolo for leaving the game (I wasn't in a mod scene) (it also took 8 hours to get an actual response in a support ticket) (they didn't help in any way)
