I’ve been in the server for a bit over a year now, and I will say it’s the most amazing community I’ve been in, the gameplay, roleplay, the members, and the lower ranking staff are absolutely amazing, but there is one thing holding it back, the ownership. The founder constantly disrespects people, kicks, bans or mutes whoever says anything against, and just in general he does not care for his own server at all. I’ve seen people putting time, love, and even money to help the server grow, but ownership doesn’t seem to care, help, or trust even their highest of command. It got to the point random words are banned because the “founder doesn’t like them”, and when defended, the defenders would get banned, terminated, kicked, (I got kicked for saying the word “slime”, the toy, slime…). This review will probably be deleted from the reviews channel just like any other truthful review (as most reviews that don’t get deleted or glaze the server come from the server staff), but that’s my honest take on it.

Florida State Roleplay is a server I have been a part of for around three years, which has given me plenty of time to get to know the community, staff team, and how the server operates. Overall, I would rate the server a **9/10**. One of its biggest strengths is the high level of roleplay, especially within the departments, where most members know how to properly roleplay their positions. Of course, there are occasional players who do not follow RP standards, but those cases are usually handled and the players are removed from the server fairly quickly. The server’s organization and highly detailed liveries are also major strengths that make FSRP stand out from other ER:LC servers. I would rate the community 10/10, organization 10/10, systems and bots 10/10, Discord design 10/10, staff team 9/10, administration 8/10, and overall activity 8/10. The biggest issue I notice is what happens when the server reaches full capacity. During those times, RDM and VDM become more common, and staff response times can sometimes be slower due to the increased number of players. I also believe the server would benefit from having more events and activities. Another possible improvement would be adding a whitelist requirement for FHP and MPD, which could help reduce FRP and RDM. I would rate the recruitment process 9/10 and the administration’s approach toward players 10/10. I have also served as a Senior Moderator three separate times, which was the highest staff position I reached. Based on my own experience, I believe the punishment system could allow more room for staff members to learn from their mistakes instead of every mistake immediately leading to a warning and eventually termination. Despite these issues, I would definitely recommend Florida State Roleplay to other players, mainly because of its high RP standards, strong organization, and detailed server infrastructure. When I first joined this server, I was like (Wow, the staff team seems nice and professional), so I decided to join. SInce then, I worked my way up to TIA then retired, then I applied again, and I have made it up to Management! The top reason I have made it to MGMT is because of the Executives. They are amazing & helpful here. I suggest applying for staff! 10/10 server, love it.

The owner is a spineless lunatic with no morals and no respect for anyone other than himself. I was Assistant Director in this server for nearly a year, and staff for over a year. Some of the things I experienced and witnessed myself from him were absolutely ridiculous and should never be done by someone who is responsible for anyone, let alone a server with over 11,500 members. Those who criticise him are silenced, muted, kicked, or banned without a trace, those who dare ask about it follow closely behind. I was removed from my position as Assistant Director on the 14th of August after the founder kicked someone who had donated over 10,000 robux to the server, for saying the word "slime", yes, slime. I confronted him about this, saying it is a clear power trip to ban random words that aren't derogatory purely because *you* don't like them. I was then kicked from the discord and not given my roles back at all. I was told I would receive them on the 24th, however this was after being ignored for a few days. 24th came, and no surprise, what I had been told was entirely baseless and not true, the founder had gone back on his word. I was told I was not welcome back as an executive for "starting drama" and "breaching staff ToS" - with no document, proof, or logged infraction on my account. People who asked about this were silenced, told to shut up, even kicked and banned at times by the founder. As my time as staff, specifically senior high ranking and an executive, it was okay. But there was some things that I shouldn't have let slip by. For example, I recall a lower ranking staff member creating a ticket asking for a LOA. He promptly provided photos of him in hospital, including a one of him literally on the floor with blood. Apparently, this is not enough for an emergency LOA, and he was denied. The in-game server is okay, with good liveries and dedication, but you probably shouldn't be expecting much respect if you work your way up as staff.

When I first started playing ERLC, I was in a private server with some really good roleplays, but eventually it went downhill. I took a break for a couple of years because I couldn’t find another server with the kind of roleplays and community I wanted. That changed when a friend introduced me to this server. After only a few days, I knew I had found something special, which led me to apply for Ghost Unit and Staff. I later joined BCSFR and SWAT, and what started as a “meh” decision ended up making my experience even better. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to become Trial Management and an Event Team Manager, along with becoming Fire Chief/Department Head of BCSFR, Assistant Operations Chief in SWAT, and a Superintendent in Ghost Unit. These positions have really shown me just how much work goes on behind the scenes of everything and how much the Executive Team does to keep this server enjoyable and active. I’ve seen people hate on the server or say the Executive Team doesn’t do enough, but I honestly think they don’t see the bigger image. No server is going to be perfect, but the amount of effort, time, and dedication that goes into the FS:RP community deserves a lot more credit. I’m genuinely so glad I found this server!!!!!!!!!

One year ago I was working in this server as staff, reaching up to Head Internal Affairs. Back then the server was great, we had active staff, always fully SSUs with good roleplays. I then retired and had time away from Roblox until coming back in the past few months, I decided to try the server again and it was dreadful, the server only had SSUs for a couple hours a day compared to previously being up for weeks at a time. The in game server hardly passes 20 players and if it ever does it’s just full of people trolling. The staff team aren’t great, there’s a few expectations but most of the high rank, senior high ranks and executive team are rubbish. In the last few weeks one of the executives team members was fired for one comment she made, she was given no communication by the founder or director and was purely fired for the word “slimed”. Additionally another executive member retired after all this happened, was refused permission to give a farewell and was then banned from the discord server. I then questioned this in the general chat resulting in me being initially kicked from the server by the director, I then tried to rejoin and was global banned, with no way to appeal or be given a reason for this. The Director purposely kicked me so people only saw I got a kick and then he banned me in private, most likely in his office. Overall this server is an absolute disgrace, the only remaining good parts are liveries which I highly doubt the founder made since he failed his exams (idiot). The server is ran by corrupt and incompetent people and I could not advise you anymore to stay away from this Hell hole

yo so this server really changed my whole life, like i was nothing before i joined fsrp and now im literally running a multi-billion dollar company as CEO. like no joke this place shaped me into who i am today shay as director is literally the best, like the vision and leadership is unmatched. the way this server is run, the opportunities it gives people, the community thats been built here, its actually insane when u think about it. ive learned so much about leadership, communication, working with people, all that important stuff that actually matters in the real world like i genuinely dont know where id be without fsrp and without shays direction. probably nowhere near where i am now thats for sure. this server taught me discipline, responsibility, how to manage things, how to treat people right, literally all the skills that made me successful in business shay if ur reading this just know ur impact goes way beyond just a roblox server, like ur actually changing peoples lives out here. the work u put in as director doesnt go unnoticed and im living proof that what u built here actually makes a difference forever grateful for this community and everything its done for me 🙏

I forgot I even joined this server in April of 2025 and I just remembered and I started roleplaying intently and I had amazing Roleplays

The owner has questionable leadership, and the Executive/Management team are enabling the behaviour. The servers quality, environment and structure have deteriorated greatly compared to its state ~7-8 months prior. Negative reviews with merit and proof get silenced, deleted, swept under the rug, you name it. Any form of criticism, be it constructive or not, or any sort of inquiry about the owners decisions get met with hostility, threats, mutes, kicks, soft-bans and even bans, under the reasoning of "creating or instigating drama". Free speech does not exist and it's impossible for them to reflect and recognize the flaws in their actions. If you try to call them out on it, they'll waste no time in disposing of you. Banning words like "slime" that are used in everyday conversation, just because you have a personal disdain for it, is ridiculous and certainly not the step forward you think it is. Silencing, ignoring, or outright laughing in your members faces when they beg you to show decency, is not something to be proud of, and instead shows a total lack of accountability. Calling a person "unimportant" while they own half your liveries is... certainly a statement of its own. Furthermore, when met with feedback on this directory, management selectively responds to poorly worded or informal reviews to score easy points, while completely ignoring the detailed, well documented critiques left by former long-term executives, staff, or just regular members. If you're looking for roleplay, it's neither great or terrible. The server offers a variety of realistic liveries, kind and helpful lower ranking staff, whitelisted departments, and more. However, don't expect the Executives to care about your concerns.

I've been a member for the better part of 2 years, even before the server hit 100 members. I also used to be a high ranking executive member (retired a year ago). It's sad to see how fast the server has been going downhill. The server used to average multiple day long sessions. Now it struggles to hold a session for more than 10 hours. The lower staff (basically everyone below the executive team) and the RP in general is awesome and other servers should take notes. You are in for a great experience every time you join. I will give credit where it's due. The issue lies within what's happening behind the scenes, specifically with the founder and director. In the span of a single week, all other 3 executive members have left the team. One of them was let go without explanation or any reason given, I know her personally and she confirmed that she was not given a proper reason or anything. Another one announced her retirement and then banned right after, without any explanation. The third one quit. All of these actions have caused heavy criticism from community. I personally wouldn't come back to the team even if I were offered my old position back. Despite my criticism I will continue playing on this server because there is no other server that offers a better experience when talking about the quality of the roleplay.

The executive team has died because of haydon the founder and shay the director i know they wouldn't say names but i will. one got remove for no reason and one retired now there is only a director and a founder so i quit the staff team and with that i was banned from comms for no reason and they wouldn't tell me why all i did was not wanna be staff anymore. EDIT: he unbanned since review quail is right. Haydon really should just be the only one in the executive team since he did that and while i was staff at guy that took her role was promoted because he was active and fit for the role. At first when i saw a review for the executive team being abusive i thought that person was just mad they got banned but now it all came out. Haydon should also refund quail all her money she gave into his server. Edit for haydon: Well why is yall stars going down and why did you reply to only mines haydon if it was public it wouldn't have cause theses reports from your own staff nice try good server dont tell me remove anything anymore from my review like i said i wasn't able to get into comms since i left wrong server sounds crazy but ik yall wouldn't believe me every time i type in floridapalms it poped up saying the invite link expired or invalid i did this several times on that same day different hours same issue i made this report and somehow it work the very next morning and all those 5 star review up there is just so yall can get yall stars back i seen a server done it too and yall doing it also Last edit: i have finally gotten banned for "Deleting my review and resending it to remove the reply from administrator" as you can see that is clearly a dang lie as if the reply it still there shay has just created a way to ban me for no reason with all that good luck Florida that is why yesterday yall didn't get no full sessions with your server 11k members and yall are dying down.

The people who say the founder or management is abusive is lying they have that role for a reason and they do their job correctly.

This server offers a great variety of liveries and WL departments. I consider this server the most professional and realistic of all other groups out there. The server is simple enough that you can understand how it works, what departments there are, and how to create tickets and participate in roleplays within 1 to 2 hours. The Staff team responds to mod calls in a matter of 5 seconds or less. The community is welcoming, with a variety of topics to choose from and share with everyone. The Discord server's organization makes it fit its role of teaching new members how to operate. Personally for me, this is the only server I really enjoy playing on; it taught me a lot on how roleplay server looks. It gave me the chance to become a Moderator and help everyone in need. Executives, management, and others always helped me with inquiries and questions. I met many friends along the way, and I will never forget the opportunity FSRP gave me! If you are ever looking for servers with enjoyable Roleplays, welcoming staff, and a friendly community, perhaps this server is for you.
